The Universal Near Space Platform is an international student project that will improve access to Near Space.
Our mission is to enable scientists and students everywhere to conduct higher quality, longer lasting research through a new type of high altitude platform we call the Universal Near Space Platform (UNSP).

The UNSP consists of special balloons attached to a truss system.
This allows anyone to lift heavier payloads for a much longer period of time.
Our mission requires a group of people that have a passion for space, but also possess the ability to make it happen.
Comprised of engineers, artists, and even an astronaut, our team is a passionate, international collective committed to making space an everyday part of our lives.
